I am a self-taught, UK-based sculptor blending Art Nouveau aesthetics with biomorphic forms to explore the intangible landscapes of human emotion. Working primarily with clay for its fluidity, my practice turns inward, creating space to process personal thoughts, beliefs, and internal tensions.
Rooted in my Indian heritage and inspired by the tradition of infusing spirit into sacred forms, I view my sculptures as living entities. Bridging fine art with functional ritual, several pieces double as incense burners or candle holders. Fire and smoke activate the clay, making human interaction the final element that completes the piece. My background in Bharatanatyam and theatre informs this fluid sense of movement. Using a restrained, contrasting palette, I balance dark, dystopian weight with cosmic hope.
Ultimately, my work is a personal practice of understanding and a catalyst for self-discovery, acting as an invitation for others to enter that same space of introspection and transformation.
Alongside my personal body of work, I create custom, personalised sculptures. Whether tailored to a specific space or crafted with personal intent, each commissioned piece is brought to life with the same dedicated and intuitive process.

What You Call Bliss
An exploration of willful ignorance as a means to self-gratification, and at the consumerist engine that runs on our wanting more.

Two Truths
Two Truths explores the coexistence of opposing perspectives, both between people and within ourselves. It examines how two conflicting experiences and beliefs can be true at once, creating a constant push-and-pull between difference and connection. Instead of offering an unrealistic compromise, the work focuses on the messy rejection and misunderstanding of contrasting viewpoints that share the same objective reality, while acknowledging that both share an equal right to exist.

Becoming
An ode to growth, resilience, and self-actualisation. As each burning incense stick leaves behind ash, it physically transforms the form, symbolising how every new beginning carries the weight of past struggles while honouring the inner strength required to keep evolving. The work mirrors a reality that continuously demands perseverance and fortitude. Though technically simpler than past works, its creation tested me deeply, requiring constant rebuilding, repair, and adaptation. Ultimately, the process became a direct reflection of what the piece represents: the strength to push forward and become who you are meant to be. This piece embodies the spirit of expansion, and serves as a reminder that the strength to be more always originates from within.

Uncertainty's Embrace
Inspired by the Tacca Chantrieri, also known as the Black Bat flower, this piece explores uncertainty as an entity of its own. The flower itself symbolises mystery, transformation, and the supernatural — all elements I deeply associate with the unknown. Its tendrils wrap around the figure, representing the powerlessness we feel toward things we cannot control, and the surrender that inevitably follows. Transformed by circumstances I was never prepared for, I find myself returning to the same question: is life prewritten, or entirely random? Either way, as terrified as I am of not knowing what's to come, I can't help but be drawn to the beauty and the thrill of it.

In Bloom
This piece is about being rooted in who you are while reaching out for something more. The curling, vine-like patterns trace that feeling of longing and steady growth across a smooth, dark base. Right at the middle, the opening cradles the incense stick, making the act of lighting it feel warm, intimate, and deeply grounded.

"As within, so without"
This piece is about how your inner thoughts shape your view of the world. Just like healthy roots lead to healthy flowers, positive thinking patterns shape a more vibrant and resilient outlook on life. This work nods to the inner devils and self-doubt we all wrestle with, but emphasises that we have the power to master our minds and find beauty in everything. Ultimately, it is all a matter of perspective.
